Every business is different. Headcount, weekly or monthly pay runs, transaction volumes and reporting needs all change the work. After a free 30-minute business review you receive a written quote with a fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope.
Can you take over from our current bookkeeper or payroll provider?
Yes. We plan the handover with you, collect year-to-date payroll and accounting records, and run the first month alongside you so nothing is missed.
Do we stay in control of payments and submissions?
Yes. We prepare pay runs, payments and submissions for review. Nothing is released until you, or the person you nominate, approves it.
How do you protect our employee and financial information?
We collect only the information the work needs, limit who can access it, share files securely and handle personal information in line with POPIA. Changes to employee banking details are never made without verified approval from you.
Do we need to be in Centurion or Pretoria?
No. We're based in Centurion and work with businesses across South Africa. Most work is done securely online, with calls whenever you need them.
